Join our dynamic sales team as an Inbound Sales Manager and play a key role in driving our company's growth.
What your role will look like:
Your primary responsibility will be to process inbound leads, nurture them, and convert them into successful onboarded clients. Working closely with the inbound sales team lead, you'll contribute to achieving our ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Process and qualify inbound applications, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
  • Engage with potential customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing any inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between the Silverbird compliance team and customers, understanding their business model and assessing its compatibility with Silverbird's services.
  • Conduct thorough online research to gather relevant documents and information, supporting the application for a Silverbird account.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to verify customer details and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of documentation for account opening, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide timely follow-up and status updates to customers regarding their account application.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of the onboarding process for each customer.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures while handling customer information and sensitive data.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or related client-facing roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer interactions and relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, analytical approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and identify practical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • A results-oriented mindset, driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, demonstrating the initiative to take ownership of responsibilities and drive positive outcomes.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with CRM software or other relevant sales tools, facilitating efficient and organized customer management.
  • Fluency in any other languages, such as Spanish, French or Italian, is a valuable asset. Being multilingual can help in building strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and expanding our market reach.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in the latest developments within the financial and digital industries.
  • Previous exposure to compliance processes or regulations, offering a valuable understanding of the industry's regulatory landscape
