Silverbird's commitment to innovation is evident in our cutting-edge technology solutions, tailored to revolutionize the realms of sales and supply chain intelligence. As we continue to expand our data science division within our tech ecosystem, we are on the lookout for a forward-thinking Data Scientist. This role, reporting directly to the VP of Data, promises an avenue to make significant contributions within our larger technical cohort.

What your role will look like:

• Delve deep into projects centered on sales lead generation, from research phases to the automation of enrichment processes.
• Spearheaded initiatives in the domain of Supply Chain Intelligence, driving research, and streamlining technical tasks for system advancements.
• Collaborate extensively with diverse departments, including engineering, to draft and implement system improvements.
• Play an instrumental role within a dynamic team of data enthusiasts, each driven to elevate the company's data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Engage with a plethora of tools and platforms, especially those geared towards sales and supply chain analytics.
• Master and employ Python, Docker, and foundational concepts in NLP and ML to devise comprehensive solutions that bolster various team functions.
• Work closely with internal teams to capture their data requirements, transforming these insights into actionable, data-driven strategies.
• Champion the cause of data quality, partnering with the tech team to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
• Stay attuned to the latest trends in data science, ensuring Silverbird remains at the forefront of industry best practices.

Technological Toolkit:

• Python, Docker, NLP tools, Basic ML algorithms, REST API services, and LLM development tools (LangChain, GPT).

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a preference for those who've thrived in distributed teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Docker, and foundational NLP and ML concepts.
• An adept hand at developing, automating, and refining analytical solutions.
• Strong leadership abilities paired with exceptional collaborative instincts.
