Technical Assistance Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Assistance Specialist to join our team and to provide support, as well as to fulfill requests from our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration to receive tasks and reporting with local supervisors;
• Correct distribution of works/jobs for technicians in the evening and during the day;
• Interact with the client dispatcher (call Bucket Truck, help with work/ jobs transfer, etc.;
• Reduce the amount of lateness by contacting the clients or redistribution of work/jobs to other technicians;
• Interact with technicians in order to reduce the number of being late for work;
• Solve unexpected issues faced by the technicians and support them with the necessary information;
• Monitor assigned technicians and give instructions to them;
• Communicate with clients if there are difficulties with the plan execution/propose possible solutions/change the instructions to the technicians accordingly.

Requirements

• Problem-solving skills to quickly assess situations and decision-making abilities;
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during emergency situations;
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks efficiently;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, or a similar role is preferred;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
• Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English.

Work schedule:

• Monday thru Sunday from 2pm till 1am;
• Rotational schedule (2 working days/2 days off).
